  3. Local state taxes/octroi may apply on some orders to certain states. If this is levied it will need to be paid to the courier at the time of delivery and will be your responsibility as the buyer.

Most orders will need to be signed for, so please choose a delivery address where someone will be in to receive it. This could be your work address. If an incomplete address or phone number is provided we will contact you to ask for the full address/phone number. We are unable to schedule deliveries without a valid address and phone number, so if we do not get a reply after 2 attempts to reach you we will cancel the order and refund the full amount.

  1. We charge a non-refundable, flat shipping fee of INR 149 on all orders under INR 2999. Orders above INR 3000 enjoy free shipping across India.
  2. Most orders are shipped within 2 working days and delivered within 5-8 working days from the date of dispatch.
  3. Products marked as “pre-order” are available for immediate purchase but will be shipped as per the timelines mentioned on the product page.
  4. We ship orders through multiple facilities – your order maybe split into multiple shipments based on product availability and to reduce shipping time.
  5. COD orders require you to first make the payment to the courier partner prior to opening the parcel. The courier partner delivering your order cannot process an exchange or accept returns. All returns and exchanges need to be routed through Customer Care.
  6. On placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and sms. Once your order has been prepared for dispatch, you will receive details of the courier partner and tracking details of your parcel. You can also check the status of your order under “My Account”.   7. When you review your order in the checkout you will see the total shipping amount for the items that you have selected. Please allow 5-7 working days from dispatch for orders to arrive.
  8. We will not be responsible if the shipment goes missing due to the wrong address and you will be liable for extra charges that occur for address changes after your order has been dispatched. If after ordering you notice an error in your details please email order@kairanstudio.comas soon as possible so it can be corrected prior to dispatch.
  9. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS + TAXES
    To make your shopping experience as simple as possible we have arranged for shipments to be customs cleared and delivered to your doorstep. If any duties or taxes apply to import goods into your country or state they will need to be paid directly to the courier company on receipt of an invoice and will be your responsibility as the buyer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

  1. We hope you love your Kairan merchandise! That said, if you’d like to return or exchange an item, please contact Customer Care within 7 Days of receiving your parcel (e-mail us at order@kairanstudio.comor call/WhatsApp us at +91-9829877744). We will respond within 48 hours of receiving your request. Return or exchange requests placed after 7 Days of receiving your order will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
  2. WE WILL CHARGE 150/- AS HANDLING CHARGES FOR ALL RETURNS. BALANCE VALUE WILL BE CREDITED IN YOUR Kairan Studio wallet ONLY. (NO CASH REFUND).
  3. Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your shipping address. Most reverse pickups are completed within 48 hours by our courier partner.
  4. If a reverse pickup is not available on your pincode, we will request you to ship the items back to us using a reputable courier partner that offers a tracking number. We will reimburse you the reverse shipping costs as a store credit on actuals upto a maximum of INR 150. The return shipment must be received by our warehouse within 10 days of requesting the return.   5. Please ensure the original packaging is intact for a reverse pickup. Items must be unused and unwashed, in their original condition, with their labels and tags intact. This is essential as items need to be resalable – returns that have been used or received without their original packaging or labels/tags will be not be entertained for returns and exchanges.
  6. We will notify you as soon as we receive your reverse shipment. Upon verification, if the return shipment meets the above requirements, we will process a return/exchange.
  7. We issue a store credit for all return orders. The store credit is valid for a 1-year period from the date of issue and can be used against any merchandise on our website.
  8. Shipping fees, COD charges, and gift services (if any) are non-refundable.
  9. In case of an exchange, we will send the replacement upon receiving the return shipment. If the replacement item price is more than the original item ordered, we will send you a payment link for the balance amount. Alternatively, if the replacement item price is less than the original item ordered, we will issue a credit note for the balance amount.
  10. Exchanges, when requested, are limited to one-time only. Similarly, the use of a store credit would make the order ineligible for any further return or exchange.
  11. The following products are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
  • Merchandise bought on sale cannot be returned.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on infant merchandise for hygiene reasons
  • Personalized items or custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges as they have been especially custom-made for you
  • Gift cards once purchased cannot be returned for their monetary value
  • Exceptions: We do not accept returns or exchanges on ceramics, canopy, floor cushions, and furniture as shipping costs are prohibitive

ORDER CANCELLATION:

  1. We accept cancellations as long as the order has not been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. For cancellation, please contact Customer Care prior to the dispatch of your order. We will respond within 24 hours of receiving your request.
  2. If your order meets the above requirement, for pre-paid orders, you can choose to get a store credit for the full value or a refund back in your original mode of payment.

DAMAGES:

  1. We pack our merchandise with utmost care and love. Should you receive your package in a poor condition or find it tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to collect the parcel and notify our Customer Care team. We will arrange to send a fresh shipment.
  2. In case you find your merchandise damaged or missing post-delivery, please contact Customer Care within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. We will respond within 24 hours of receiving your request. Damages or items missing reported after 48 hours will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
  3. We may request you to send us photographs of the damage, so we can assess the nature of the damage and offer an appropriate resolution to close the case.
  4. In case of damage, we will replace the damaged merchandise at no cost to you. If we are unable to send a replacement, we will offer an alternative, or store credit, or the option of a refund in your original mode of payment (or bank transfer in case of COD payments).

REFUND POLICY:

  1. In the case of returns, for any reason, we will issue a store credit of the value of the merchandise returned. Shipping fees, COD charges, and gift services (if any) are non-refundable.
  2. WE WILL CHARGE 150/- AS HANDLING CHARGES FOR ALL RETURNS. BALANCE VALUE WILL BE CREDITED IN YOUR Kairan Studio wallet ONLY. (NO CASH REFUND).

 

SALE POLICY:

  1. Merchandise that is discounted is not eligible for returns. We only accept garment size changes on sale items at a processing fee of INR 149 (i.e., we will exchange the garment purchased for a smaller or larger size only of the same product).
  2. In case of size exchanges, please contact Customer Care within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. We will respond within 48 hours of receiving your request. Size exchanges requests after 48 hours will not be eligible for an exchange.
  3. Shipping fees, COD charges, and gift services (if any) are non-refundable.
